Hi Iām Peri!
Peri has dedicated the last decade to working with women through the transformational years of preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. Helping women connect to their bodies and building a foundation of physical and mental strength to help support them through these incredible chapters in their lives. As a former professional dancer and master Barre instructor, Peri's method is rooted in the techniques of Ballet and Pilates. Focusing on posture, alignment, and core strength at the core of all PH Method exercises. Peri's approach to working with new & expectant mothers has been informed by her own experiences becoming a mother of 2 and by her dedication to continuous study in the field of maternal health & fitness. Peri is a certified Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) and Advanced Pre & Postnatal Exercise Coach.
Peri's approach to Pre & Postnatal fitness is evidence-based and science-backed. Bringing the focus back to the mother and creating an attainable and realistic framework to help them build strength in both mind and body as they navigate the journey to and through motherhood.
