MEET PERI HUGHES
Over the last decade, I have been working with women through the transformational years of preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. Helping women reconnect to their bodies and build a foundation of physical and mental strength to support them through these incredible chapters in their lives. As a former professional dancer, master instructor, and teacher trainer at numerous boutique fitness studios across London and the U.S. My method is rooted in the techniques of ballet, athletic barre, strength, and resistance training. My classes are for the form-focused clientele who want to move with intention to create powerful, long-lasting results.
As a mother of two and business owner, I intimately understand the challenges of finding time to take care of your own needs and prioritizing movement in your hectic weekly schedules. My mission with PH Method is to bring you a practice that you enjoy returning to time and time again, because you know how good you will feel after completing one of my classes. Movement has the power to heal, challenge us beyond our comfort zones, and empower us to be our strongest, most vibrant versions of ourselves.
