Hi, I’m Peri!

I’m a tea-loving Brit who relocated to sunny California with my husband back in 2014. We are building our life and raising our family here in San Francisco with our two beautiful children.

Over the last decade I have been working with women through the transformational years of preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. Helping women connect to their bodies and build a foundation of physical and mental strength to support them through these incredible chapters in their lives.

As a former professional dancer and master Barre instructor, my method is rooted in the techniques of Ballet and Pilates. Focusing on posture, alignment and core strength at the root of all PH Method exercises.

My approach to working with new and expectant mothers has been informed by my own personal experiences becoming a mother of two and learning first hand the lack of support from birth to postpartum recovery for new mothers.

As a certified Pre & Postnatal Advanced Exercise Coach and Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) my work is both evidence-based and science-backed. Bringing the focus back to the mother with an attainable and realistic framework to help you build strength in mind and body as you navigate the journey to and through motherhood.
